Booking & Reservations

How do I book a rental?
Booking is easy! Simply contact us through our website or email to check availability. Once your date and items are confirmed, we’ll secure your reservation with a deposit.

How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking as early as possible—especially for weekends and peak seasons. Popular dates fill up fast!

​

Is a deposit required?
Yes, a 30% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your date. The remaining balance is due before or on the day of your event.

​

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash or e-transfer. 

 

Delivery, Setup & Pickup

Do you deliver and set up the rentals?
Yes! Delivery, professional setup, and takedown are included unless otherwise stated. We handle everything so you can enjoy your event stress-free.

 

What areas do you serve?

We proudly serve our local community and surrounding areas, including Winchester, North Dundas, South Dundas, Brockville, Cornwall, Carleton Place, Ottawa, and Gatineau. 

 

When will my rentals be delivered?
Delivery times are scheduled in advance, usually a few hours before your event or the night before. Pickup is arranged after your event or the following day, depending on availability.

Do you charge for delivery?
Delivery charges will apply based on distance and order size. Please contact us for a detailed quote.

Bouncy Castles & Inflatables

Are your bouncy castles safe?
Absolutely. Safety is our top priority. All inflatables are thoroughly cleaned, sanitized, and inspected before every rental.

 

Do bouncy castles need power?
Yes, a standard electrical outlet is required. If power isn’t available, let us know—we may have generator options.

 

Can adults use the bouncy castles?
Some inflatables are designed for kids only, while others can accommodate adults. We’ll help you choose the right option.

Tents, Tables & Chairs

What size tent do I need?
Tent size depends on your guest count and setup (tables, dance floor, etc.). Contact us and we’ll help you choose the perfect size.

 

Can tents be set up on grass, concrete, or pavement?
Yes, tents can be set up on various surfaces. Please let us know the setup area in advance so we bring the proper equipment.

 

Do you offer linens or décor?
At this time, we specialize in tents, tables, chairs, and inflatables. Ask us about recommendations for décor partners!

 

Weather & Cancellations

What happens if it rains?
Tents are a great rain backup! Bouncy castles can still be used in light rain but may need to be shut down in heavy rain or high winds for safety.

 

What is your cancellation policy?

Deposits are non-refundable. In cases of unfavorable or unsafe weather conditions, refunds will not be provided; however, your deposit will be credited toward a rescheduled date, subject to availability.

Are you a registered business?

Yes, we are registered in the Ontario Business Registry.

 

How clean is your equipment?
Every item is cleaned, sanitized, and inspected before and after each use. We take cleanliness seriously.

 

Can you help me decide what I need for my event?
